The Hot Biscuit Band is a blues and country-rock group from Perth, Western Australia, founded by the late Rick Steele, who also served as the long-standing president of the Perth Blues Club. The band was popular in Australia and New Zealand and is known for fostering new talent while retaining its core members, performing at venues like the Perth Blues Club.

    This should bring back lots of pleasant memories of sitting in the Charles Hotel on the blues club nights.
